Youth Praise and Worship

Mar 2nd, 2016

Well it has begun…the new young adult praise and worship teams are in full swing and the power and presence of the Lord flowing through them is tangible.  We are so excited about what the Lord is doing with the younger generation in Israel.  They are stepping into their identity and calling of blessing the nations with Yeshua’s love and power.  Currently they are a part of our Morning and Evening Sacrifices of Praise and Thanksgiving, 8--10AM and 4--6PM offering up their talents and abilities to Lord for His use, glory and honor.  Everyone is invited to participate in these watches and we hope to begin web streaming them live soon.

Offering these times of worship and praise is the first step in seeing the fulfillment of a dream in the hearts of so many.  We desire to see the youth of this nation rise up and carry the mantle they have been given to bless the nations and see the glory of God fill the earth.  We as the older generation must lift them up to stand on our ceiling. We want to give them room to grow and flourish. We seek to affirm their calling and identity as those who lead in worship, offering them a platform to give their gifts and talents back to God.

As I have observed these young men and women I am amazed at their level of maturity and love for the Lord. Seeing them come in early before school to lead praises and coming back after class speaks of a heart that is devoted to the Lord, yearning for His presence.

Psalm 110:3 speaks to us today, “Your people will offer themselves willingly in the day of Your power, in the beauty (garments) of holiness and in holy array out of the womb of the morning; to You [will spring forth] Your young men,  who are as the dew.”

This is the heart and attitude we are seeing among the younger generation and it is so beautiful.  The purity of their worship brings a holiness and fragrance that is changing the hearts and lives of those around them. There is a desire and hunger for God in them that is tangible and contagious.

Ezekiel 37:14, 28 “And I shall put My Spirit in you and you shall live, and I shall place you in your own land.  Then you shall know, understand, and realize that I the Lord have spoken it and performed it, says the Lord.  Then the nations shall know, understand, and realize that I the Lord do set apart and consecrate Israel for holy use, when My sanctuary shall be in their midst forever.”

The Lord has brought His people back to the land. These young adults are realizing it is time to step up and be that holy nation. They are the nation that carries the sanctuary of the LORD in their hearts.  They desire to display Him for all the nations of the world to see.  They are the arc of the Lord carrying His presence. They are having an impact on the nation of Israel and it will extend to the entire world as they offer up their sacrifices of prayer and thanksgiving.
