We are entering into to Tisha B'av, a time of reflection and commemoration of the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem. This year will mark 1946 years since it's destruction in the year 70 CE. For the people of Israel this continues to be a time of solemn reflection and mourning.
Let's be clear, Yeshua is the true Temple of God. The temple which stood in Jerusalem was only ever a temporary house. Yeshua told the Pharisees that he was greater than their Temple in Jerusalem. He is the divine presence of God, which tabernacles among us and communes with us every

This week in Israel we are celebrating Purim. Thursday everyone will dress up and have parties all over the land celebrating God's deliverance through Esther from Haman and his evil plot to destroy God's chosen people. The word Purim means Destiny Change and there are four observances the Jewish people participate in during this season to bring fulfillment to this celebration.
1. Read through the book of Esther
2. Give festive sweets and food to others
3. Anonymously give gifts to the poor
4. Celebrate with a banquet or costume

Well it has begun…the new young adult praise and worship teams are in full swing and the power and presence of the Lord flowing through them is tangible. We are so excited about what the Lord is doing with the younger generation in Israel. They are stepping into their identity and calling of blessing the nations with Yeshua’s love and power. Currently they are a part of our Morning and Evening Sacrifices of Praise and Thanksgiving, 8--10AM and 4--6PM offering up their talents and abilities to Lord for His use, glory and honor.

Jerusalem Prayer Tower
The following message has stirred in my heart these past years in the Jerusalem Prayer Tower, applying to leaders carrying a sphere of influence to others for kingdom advancement.
God's word declares that He, the King of all kings is enthroned in the praises of Israel. Ps 22:3
The seat of Almighty power, the government of God comes wherever there are corporate praises.
It is also written, “At that time Jerusalem shall be called The Throne of the Lord, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the name of the Lord, to Jerusalem."

The upcoming elections are pivotal for this nation. We pray, thanking God for leaders with authority "that we may lead a quiet and peaceful life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior." 1 Tim 2:1-3
Pray for a secure and undivided Jerusalem, a unified government coalition that will hold to the written principles of the everlasting Word of God, the Guardian of Israel.
